Filtering

The filter box

Type in Filter names, types, references… to keep only the cards on the current tab that contain the text anywhere: in the activity or view name, or in any milestone, data item, relationship, alias, measure or dimension. Matching ignores case.

• Whole cards are kept: a matching card still shows all its lists, not only the matching items.
• Per tab: the same text applies when you switch between Activities and Views.
• No match: the viewer shows No items match this filter.

A useful pattern: filter by an activity name on the Views tab to see which views use it.
