The extension contributes no settings and no keyboard shortcuts.
Editor and file patterns
The custom editor is named BizTalk Binding Viewer and is offered in Open With… for these patterns:

The editor is optional: VS Code never opens files in it unless you choose it. If you want binding files to always open in the viewer, use Configure default editor in the Open With… picker for a specific pattern such as *.BindingInfo.xml.
