All optional. They are read when the host starts.

Failures and retries
The Logic Apps runtime retries 5xx service-provider failures on its own, even with retryPolicy set to none, and a retry repeats every Function call of the template. By default the action reports statuses the runtime does not retry: only WorkerUnavailable, where nothing ran, uses 503. With LiquidCompose__PlatformRetries=true, failures use 5xx statuses and the runtime retries them.

Keep the action deadline well below the Logic Apps runtime's own action timeout.
