Decode HL7 v2 messages into one schema-validated XML or JSON document, MSH included, encode them back, and create acknowledgements, as built-in actions in Logic Apps Standard. Use your own XSDs, existing BizTalk-style HL7 schemas, or schemas from the free HL7 v2 Schema Generator.
